Hello! My name is Luis and I use they/them pronouns. I am a food blogger, podcast host, and writer currently living on occupied Keyauwee and Saura Indigenous lands on Turtle Island, known as Greensboro, North Carolina in the United States of America.

I am a creative person who credits theatre and the performing arts for teaching me creativity and collaboration. I am queer and Mexican-American who moves through this world holding these and other intersecting identities.
